In a significant blow to the local dining scene, Oklahoma City's beloved establishment, VZD's Restaurant & Bar, has confirmed it will cease operations at its 4200 N. Western location after the first weekend of September. The closure comes as the building's owners are planning to explore alternative uses for the property. Although the lease has been extended through the summer, the establishment's future remains uncertain. As the restaurant braces for its final months, VZD's used its Facebook platform to share a heartfelt message of gratitude to its patrons, promising to keep them informed of any new developments.
