Paseo Arts Festival May 24-26; We need volunteers!

Paseo Fest 2013 07

Staff Report

The 38th annual Paseo Arts Festival will take place Memorial Day weekend: May 24-26.

More than 80 visual artists will fill the Historic Paseo Arts District, selling original art work in a variety of media, from painting and photography, to wood and jewelry. The Festival hosts dozens of musicians and other live performers on two stages, as well as a food court with traditional and not-so-traditional treats.

That’s not all, again there will be a children’s area where future artists can explore the arts and have fun while creating.

Each year, our Paseo Arts Festival draws some 60,000 people who come to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of one of the city’s most unique events. This is the Paseo Arts Association’s largest annual fundraiser, so the Festival helps us support arts in the Paseo year-round.
