The Flint Group, a select group of businesses and professionals, meets twice monthly at the Flint restaurant in downtown’s Colcord building, 15 N. Robinson, said organizer Jack Werner, A to Z Inspections CEO.
Professional members include those in government contract consulting, roofing, commercial/residential development, property, storm and damage restoration, roofing, insurance and financial services, dental and floral services, technology applications, marketing services.
Other members represent industrial/residential electrical contracting, moving and storage, plumbing solutions, attorneys, commercial and residential inspections and commercial/residential heating, and ventilation, air and refrigeration, said Werner
The Flint group’s purpose is to bring together professionals who do business with one another and attract others who will do the same.
The most recent speaker was Glen Hunter of RGP Restoration and Construction. Hunter explained the locally-owned company’s 35 years of experience provides its customers with expert damage mitigation/restoration, in-house design, new home construction and roofing. An in-house adjuster assures the company brings expertise to jobs when working with insurance companies. The statewide contractor is on call 24/7 to help customers with damaged properties.
Flint seeks like minded businesses and professionals, but membership is by invitation only.
