Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park to presents Anton Chekhov’s play

Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park’s second season show is Chekhov’s “The Seagull” at the Myriad Gardens Water Stage in downtown Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park’s second production of the 27th Summer Season is The Seagull which performs at the newly renovated Myriad Gardens Water Stage in downtown Oklahoma City.

Associate Artistic Director D. Lance Marsh directs the opening production which features Co-Founder/Artistic Director/Executive Director Kathryn McGill as Arkadina, Jacob Ockwood as Treplev, Doug Brown as Sorin, C. Jaye Miller as Nina, Hal Kohlman as Shamrayev, Mandee Chapman-Roach as Paulina, Kristyn Chalker as Masha, Tim Fall as Dorn, Kevin Keeling as Medvedenko and special guest artist Rick Nelson as Trigorin. Scenic design is by Jason Foreman and costume design is by Robert Pittenridge.

The Seagull begins July 14th and continues through July 30th with performances each Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening at 8 pm.  Season tickets are $35; single summer season admission tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students, senior citizens and children 12 and under.  Tickets are available at the box office on the night of performance beginning at 7 p.m. or on the OSP website, Group rates are available for 10 or more.
